These terms apply when you create or buy an invitation from [Business name, SSM registration no.].

What you get

One digital invitation with a public link, hosted until 30 days after the event date.
You can edit text, date, venue, colours, layout and song until the event date using your private manage link. The link address cannot be changed after payment.

Payment and refunds

The price is shown before you pay and is charged once.
Because your invitation is created and published immediately, payments are not refundable once the invitation is published.
If you paid and your invitation could not be published, we will refund you in full. Contact us with your payment reference.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, details and text you enter, and for having permission to share other people's names and phone numbers.
If you upload a song, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may remove songs when a rights holder complains.
We may remove invitations that are unlawful, offensive or used to mislead people.

Availability

We work to keep invitations online, but we cannot guarantee the service is never interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
